This Saturday in Los Angeles, U.S. Congresswoman Maxine Waters is holding a town meeting on the subject of Affirmative Action. An initiative is on the California ballot this November that would ban affirmative action in the state — the measure is being called the CCRI or California Civil Rights Initiative. Congresswoman Maxine Waters joins us now by telephone from the Capitol.
