Art McCoy

First African-American superintendent of the Ferguson-Florissant School District. He was named to the position in 2010 and served until he resigned in March, after he had been placed on administrative leave in November of last year. He is currently an adjunct professor of education at the University of Missouri and is on the board of the Urban League’s St. Louis chapter.
