Errol Morris

Director of the new documentary, The Unknown Known. He won an Oscar for Best Documentary for his film The Fog of War: Eleven Lessons from the Life of Robert S. McNamara, and his other films include Standard Operating Procedure and The Thin Blue Line. He was also one an executive producer of the Oscar-nominated film The Act of Killing. Errol Morris is a regular contributor to The New York Times opinion pages, where he is currently in the middle of a four-part series, “The Certainty of Donald Rumsfeld.”
