Protests at Halliburton Shareholders Meeting

And hundreds of people protested and five were arrested at a Halliburton shareholders meeting in Houston on Wednesday. Protesters decried Halliburton’s close connections to Vice President Cheney, which have led to $18 billion in profits from contracts in Iraq.
