19 Iraqi Troop Recruits Die in Kirkuk Blast

In Kirkuk a suicide car bombing near the Iraqi Nat’l Guard building killed 19 recruits. Nearly 70 Iraqi police officers, National Guardsmen, and recruits have been killed over the past week.
