Michael Leavitt is currently serving as the head of the Environmental Protection Agency chief. As secretary of Health and Human Services, he would oversee Medicare and Medicaid, as well as the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health and the Indian Health Service.
