Israeli PM Rejects Linkage to Iraq

HeadlineDec 08, 2006

Meanwhile in Israel, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert rejected linking the Iraq War to resolving the Israel-Palestine conflict.

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert: “This question is, first and foremost, an internal American question. I can say that in any efforts to find a linkage between the Iraq issue and the Middle East issue, we have a different opinion. And as far as I know, President Bush, during the past few years, also had a different opinion regarding this issue.”
