CIA Director: Obama Won’t Probe Bush Admin Torture

HeadlineJan 16, 2009

Outgoing CIA Director Michael Hayden is claiming President-elect Obama has no intention on launching a probe of CIA torture practices, including waterboarding. Speaking at a farewell news conference, Hayden said Obama shared his plans at an intelligence briefing last month. More from Holder’s confirmation hearing after headlines.
