The torture-linked military contractor Mitchell Jessen & Associates has moved out of its Spokane, Washington, office to an undisclosed location. The investigative website ProPublica reports Mitchell Jessen has disconnected its phone number and hasn’t left a forwarding address at its now-vacated offices.
