Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has arrived in Washington for a trip aimed at stopping a nuclear deal with Iran. Netanyahu is set to address the pro-Israeli lobby group AIPAC today followed by a controversial speech before Congress on Tuesday. His visit comes just as Iran and six world powers, including the United States, are set to resume talks in a bid to meet a March 31 deadline.
