The brother of Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández was found guilty of cocaine trafficking in a New York courtroom Friday. Witnesses described corruption at the highest levels of the Honduran government, including accusations that Mexican drug lord Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán gave at least $1 million in bribes to Tony Hernández to give to his brother, the president.
