Court Rules France Failed to Properly Address Air Pollution

HeadlineJun 27, 2019

Environmentalists hailed the ruling as a crucial precedent. The group Ecology Without Borders said, in response, “Today victims of pollution, like victims of pesticide, should not be afraid to go to court to defend their health.”
