The Food and Drug Administration has found the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine to be successful in clinical trials, bringing it one step closer to being authorized for widespread use. Authorities say they will start distributing the vaccine within days of an emergency use authorization. This comes as some trial participants warn they experienced intense symptoms, including chills, headaches and fatigue, after the second shot, which needs to be administered about three weeks after the first dose.
