The Nation magazine reports that Bloomberg’s campaign is forcing its staffers to sign a nine-page nondisclosure agreement — or NDA — that could prevent them from reporting workplace abuse and discrimination. Critics say the NDA is overly broad to the point of preventing incidents of sexual harassment and racism from being reported.
