A federal panel has upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by a group of Palestinian Americans against President Biden and other officials for failing to prevent genocide in Gaza. The court previously dismissed the suit on jurisdictional grounds but ruled that it is “plausible” that Israel is engaging in genocide.
