Former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Department in the Reagan administration and a former associate editor of the Wall Street Journal. He has taught at Georgetown University and Stanford University and is the author of many books, including Supply-Side Revolution: An Insider’s Account of Policymaking in Washington.
