Co-author of the report titled “Israeli Practices towards the Palestinian People and the Question of Apartheid” and author of several books, including Palestine: The Legitimacy of Hope. He is professor emeritus of international law at Princeton University. He previously served as the U.N. special rapporteur on Palestinian human rights.
