Alvaro Uribe Re-Elected as President of Colombia

In Colombia, Alvaro Uribe has been re-elected the country’s president. The staunch U.S. ally won 62 percent of the vote in Saturday’s race. On Monday President Bush called Uribe to congratulate him.
