Meanwhile, Democratic Congressmember Brad Sherman of California on Wednesday introduced an article of impeachment against President Trump, accusing him of obstructing justice in the FBI’s probe into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election. Rep. Brad Sherman: “This is not a political matter. This is a matter of conscience. We do know that there’s obstruction of justice. We do know that this presidency is ignorant, incompetent and impulsive.
